The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a downtown area, very close to a decent restaurant offering a very good complimentary breakfast and the railway. The stuff where nice and pleasant all the time, on explaining amenities and layout of building. The room was adequate, also it had smoke detectors. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The location was marvellous - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel! Quiet place all in all, has knowledgeable staff on explaining amenities and layout of building. Central location near good food available in the lounge, Cranbrook and trucks, it was in a downtown area. Lots of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

They have a most wonderful, helpful and friendly staff, fine restaurant, and all of the amenities I desired. I recommend the Heritage Inn most highly.

Other than the air conditioner issues my stay was fine. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and the food was very good.
The lowest fan setting on the air conditioner was so loud that I had to have to volume setting on the television much higher than normal or than it should have been. Then when I adjusted the television volume with the remote control it would effect the controls on the air conditioner shutting it on and off.

The heritage inn hotel & convention centre is perfect for motorcycle travelers, with air conditioning ready to cool you off after a hot ride. I loved the hot tub and fitness center-great for unwinding. Plus, the breakfast was decent with various options included.

I found room #106 to be very, very worn out. The bedding, especially the blankets, were full of holes and very old. The sheets were almost as bad. The furniture was almost as bad. I would not stay at this hotel again.
